Bottom line: fat tastes good to our taste buds and sends a message to our brains - "Hey, this is good. Eat more."

I think it might release endorphins or something too. I've been eating vegetarian for the last few weeks and I never get that contented "I'm full" feeling you get after pigging out on meat, no matter how much I eat.

Isn't cancer also a very big concern with fast food restaurant oil, because of the free radicals?
