For a long time I lived 11 miles from San Onofre in CA

I lived near it for 40 years. The major problem with it is the excessive cost from all the regulations pushed by the environmentalist crowd.

So why is one on land so hazardous? For a long time I lived 11 miles from San Onofre in CA. And I huhuhuh hardardly ev ev ever got nervous even wuh wuh when duh duh driving past it.


I lived most of my life within 20 miles of the PP&L nuclear power plant in central PA. No worries, mate.

A friend's relatives lived right across the river from Three Mile Island. Sitting in their living room in front of the picture window you can see the whole complex. That might have been worrying...
