Spent a lot of time over the weekend on charts. Here is my list so far of short candidates, should there be a rally per the Hoye A-B-C bear market rally pattern.

A possible set-up for the B to C bear market rally?

I have eliminated stocks with short interest over 7.0%. We should look for poor volume going back into the caps and strong resistance points on the charts. Here is the source for the points and the confidence numbers.

I'm hoping others will contribute as well, as I'd like to develop this thread more. Also if implied vols expand now, this would open more opportunities for naked call writes, or bear spreads. I have starred (*) the names with IVs over 30. I'm not seeing too many under 20 favoring put buys. If IVs comes off on the B rally this might change, so will tend to track.
