Let's assume the Taiwan issue is resolved tommorow with a schedule for reunification - a schedule that includes benchmarks, committee meetings, many many long banquets, multiple fact finding trips to Germany to observe first hand how unification works, it's effects on culture, especially food, night life, and high end consumer goods.

TobagoJack, Re: "what do the carpets now say?" I'm working on it and will report back as soon as I find out something, hopefully early next week.

That sure is a pretty baby. Wife and I are trying to have another.

After spending 3 weeks in NZ, I simply cannot find any legitimate support for what appears to be a very costly standard of living there, with housing being a key factor.

What do you think?

By the way, that coconut is growing fast. You must be feeding her all the good HK food.
