C'mon Raymond, you can't say ole Charlie Wilson is the Bush-Al Qaida connection. Yes, it's possible some nefarious wing of the CIA is also buds with Osama, but no proof. I knew Charlie Wilson back in the early 80's. The guy was a playboy, not a rightwing zealot. We both got ripped off by the same con man posing as - guess what? - an heir to Brown+Root (now Halliburton) promising us insider trading. Look, I wouldn't hold anything past these Texas crooks, just look at Enron, but you need evidence to construct theories like yours. On the other hand, you can just about prove the phony energy crisis in 2000 was in collusion with Bush-Cheney, and you can prove Bush-Cheney were going to invade Iraq no matter what from the beginning, mostly for the oil.

Carlyle Group bought the baggage screening company 3 months before 9-11. Suspicious huh? A lot of things are very suspicious and yes the Bushes have deep ties with the Saudis and CIA types. But remember, one of those planes was headed for the White House. I sincerely doubt Bush wanted the WH destroyed, even if he were secretly evil enough to knock down the Pentagon and WTC. My theory is that Bushies told the FBI to lay off the Saudis (Greg Palast got proof of this) because they had secret operations and high-level big money deals going on with some of them, including the Bin Lauden family. Bush also ignored terrorism until 9-11. But that was just lazy negligence. Bush-Cheney helping to plot 9-11? Uh uh. Way too far-fetched. Way too evil. And frankly, way too stupid. 1000 ways that kind of plot could have backfired. Bush-Cheney may have few scruples and be greedy and deceptive, but they are not intentional mass murderers, especially of Americans. If this had happened, you'd also see all kinds of witnesses being killed, a la post JFK assassination. The cover up would have to be huge. Also, they didn't need 9-11 to spike gas prices or to invade Iraq.
