Nonsense.

100,000 Dead—or 8,000
How many Iraqi civilians have died as a result of the war?

slate.msn.com

Imagine reading a poll reporting that George W. Bush will win somewhere between 4 percent and 96 percent of the votes in this Tuesday's election. You would say that this is a useless poll and that something must have gone terribly wrong with the sampling. The same is true of the Lancet article: It's a useless study; something went terribly wrong with the sampling.

The problem is, ultimately, not with the scholars who conducted the study; they did the best they could under the circumstances. The problem is the circumstances. It's hard to conduct reliable, random surveys—and to extrapolate meaningful data from the results of those surveys—in the chaotic, restrictive environment of war.

We killed around 1,000,000 innocent Iraqi civillians from 1991 to 2003 with our sanctions. A lot more than Saddam killed of his own kind.,<i/>.
LOLOL what propaganda, Saddam had plenty of money(remmember the food for oil program) and France,Russia and Germany giving Saddam even more money for oil. Saddam killed those citizens.
I would blame the UN and those countries for those deaths

Why do you still live here if you view us as the Evil Empire? If I believed the same things you do, I would be out of here in a heartbeat. The so-called crimes you are accusing the USA of occurred over the course of 5 different presidential cycles, so you cannot merely blame Bush.

Question #2: Were the sanctions against South Africa during apartheid crimes as well?
