I thought this was really interesting news:

foxnews.com

"The drug helps ease the symptomatic mood swings, lack of focus, anxiety and irritability in people suffering from neuropsychiatric disorders like ADD and attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (search).

"Cannabinoids are a very viable alternative to treating adolescents with ADD and ADHD," she told Foxnews.com. "I have a lot of adult patients who swear by it."

I hadn't seen this before, but pot obviously has a calming effect on people- and one which generally doesn't lead to aggression (as alcohol can) so it would be amusing if it turns out to be a cure for one of the most annoying child/teen problems we have.

<<Couldn't you get a sweet bachelor pad close by just to establish a little space for yourself?>>

What I'd like to do is sell the farm and get a pad 1,400 miles away.

I wanted you to know, I bought some more of the tofurky sausage- and they had the kielbasa flavor at Whole Foods. I also found some delicious organic European style butter. I will try the Irish butter you recommended as soon as I use up my organic European style butter.

It was an excellent trip to Whole Foods- since they had my favorite lambic on sale AND they gave a discount if you bought more than 6 bottles :-) The Hemp plus granola was on sale too, so that was nice.
