If you had taken the time to check the post I was referring to, you would see that THIS is the list of countries ALIGNED (I did not say not "allied", btw) with the US in refusing to recognize ICC, as per Buschman's post: "If you mean the International Criminal Court at The Hague, then no, the US does not recognize its claimed jurisdiction. Neither does Russia, China, Japan, Mexico, the Czech Republic, Ukraine, Chile, the Philipines, Indonesia, Iraq, Iran, Egypt, India, Pakistan, Thailand, Ethiopia and a host of other sovereign states ... including ... the Principality of Monaco."
