What is the current requirement as far as police records are concerned? Does a recruit have to have a spotless record?

Biden made the Sunday morning shows again.. He must be on call at all the networks if you cannot get anyone, call me. It would be nice if Biden spent have the time he does on networks working to pass a few bills. Biden if he attempts to run will go up in flames again.
