Have there been any federal prosecutions for marijuana use? I suspect it is only for trafficing that the feds are interested. The DEA has a policy of not prosecuting sick and dying cancer patients....

There's a market too for prostitution, and since sex in marriage affects demand for that market, Congress can thus regulate sex in marriage, frequency, positions etc. or ban it altogether right?
