As medicaid recipients (even some women, last time I heard some of the poor were women) are told there is simply not enough money in the system to treat them, they'll be damn happy to know that Trump just got enough money, in a tax cut from the fed government, to treat 100 of them. Well. And Trump spent it on . . . . only Trump knows.

This is a classic liberal statement. "The problems of the poor can be solved by taking money from the rich." The implementation of this approach gave us most of the misery of the 20th Century.

I just reserved "Crusader's Cross." Thanks. I am finishing up four novels by Harlen Coben. He writes "thrillers." Real "page turner" mysteries. I would not recommend reading them in a row, but give them a try. Just his last four. amazon.com

I always love that comment. You've made it on more than one occasion.

Come on John,
Way back when, you posted that you got a handsome but unneeded tax cut yourself.

Why discuss this in terms of Trump? That is so...you know...liberal.

Go ahead and make the story more interesting by adding a personal touch, and tell us how much of your own tax cut you spent providing assistance to these needy women.
