re: I hear the city of NO built some nice fountains around the city with federal money that could have gone for levees. Congress just sent $2.2b to GAZA to stipend emigrants...well enough to finish the levees. SO where do you start pointing the finger? So where do we go from here? Do we fight a war and rebuild Iraq, rebuild Gaza, or rebuild New Orleans? What's lost in the discussion is that we can't afford all. So we make choices. New Orleans/Texas, Iraq, Gaza? What's you choice? John
