just_a_question .. I think I tried to answer your question here RE: Muslim-Named covert operative for which Amr is unable to obtain any significant information?
Message 21781309

basically, imo, somebody (FBI) signed up on the site under a fake name Mohammed Rahman, "working for A&P leasing" (fake employer, again) to monitor the site and Amr et al. never checked to verify the name and address when he signed up.

Also, did you know that the judge has been a US attorney before?

It is fairly safe to assume that someone in the Federal Government thinks Amr has information. They want it. They are doing everything they can to get it.

Actually, I find that assumption fairly stupid. Information about what? 9-11? If so, with national security allegedly at risk, why wasn't Elgindy subpoenad by now for any number of other related reasons? In the government truly thought Elgindy was working with terrorists, why not charge him with anything (it doesn't matter what) as a means to strike a deal with him to testify against the alleged higher-ups, the same way they struck a deal with Cleveland to testify against Elgindy?

just_a_question are you taking drugs? Perhaps for grandiose paranoid delusions? Hey it’s just_a_question you know.

1. The sentencing of Elgindy is bounded by the others in the case. Notice that no one has been sentenced yet. They judge rules all at the same time. Daws, was doing legal proceeding on his plea which delay the sentencing and so to again with Wingate. All of that together with other court motions has delayed everything.

I realize you are uneducated and uninformed about all this, but really you should know better or at least try to understand if you are going to post of your mini-manifestos about Elgindy.

2. just_a_question you really are a poor sucker. I have to remind myself that the group of zealots like yourself are the same fools that really believed in the crazy bubble stock valuation. You thought the bubble was real, and now want to think that someone like Elgindy caused you all your problems.
3. Its not safe to assume the Government thinks Elgindy has any information. Its pure conjecture with zero supporting facts.
4. The trial sentencing is currently delayed, is because Elgindy asked for it to be delayed, so as to give his legal team more time to address the sentencing recommendations by the Prosecutors. They are asking for the near the max on everything, and Elgindy is trying to say why that is not the correct thing to do. Apparently the Prosecutors did not give enough time as required so the judge just pushed it off.
5. This case is over all except for the sentencing. The time period for the event of this case are over. The Prosecutors have the obligation to charge everyone with the events in the case. They have to do it. If they don’t the people convicted can say the did not get a fair trial because these other people were charged and we never heard from them. Or that their guilt minimized the proper sentencing.

The case is over, there will be no one else charged, no other site members, not other interlopers, no one with these events. The Judge gave them time to do that, and that time is long since passed.

just_a_question if you don’t want to accept that fine, but you should still consider therapy IMHO.
