Haqui, I'm starting to see more commercials on tv about foreclosed houses on the market. Surely this is an indication that the end of the sellers market is at hand. I've signed up for MLS emails with a few realtors in the areas I'm looking to move too. I'm seeing some sellers dropping their ask price....another good indication.

that MIGHT work if real estate prices ALWAYS go up. If they go down, you'll see people sliding the key under the door and leaving at night.
