Yup, you just called a spade a spade, nothing wrong with that.

I know your point ss and cannot disagree... as the published pictures of the victims published earlier this year will also attest to. The problem is far more than Jane Finch now though.. The question also is for certain people to take ownership of their own problem... which I do not see happening.. nor will more programs... there are already many programs available... but they are not mandatory so attendance is poor...

A youth lounge is being put in at the arena where my daughter and son skate in a very odd place overlooking the skaters.. parents are already uneasy as many young kids are there ... you would really need to see the layout to appreciate the parents' concerns..

regards
K

Mississauga just next door is the lowest crime rate major city in Canada, and Toronto could be similar for the vast majority of its demographics except than a significant population of Jamaica, which as a country has the third highest murder rate in the entire world behind Colombia and South Africa, has moved to Toronto and brought in gangster ideas in some of its youth. It's not politically correct to say, but that is what I have seen with my own eyes. If you are going to fix a problem, first you have to see it for what it really is. This is what we have a national gun registry for? Do people at Jane & Finch dutifully go to register their handguns?

Perhaps we need to put on immigration applications that Canadian Law requires a 5 year minimum sentence for anyone who is caught carrying a handgun illegally, and in the case of non-citizens automatic deportation after the completion of the sentence.
