Bush is illegally spying on Americans. Nobody cares about spying on foreigners. The issue is not only Bush circumventing the laws and checks and balances, but abusing his power to spy on Americans, probably political opponents as opposed to terrorists. Maybe a very long list. If Bush wanted to spy on terrorists the FISA court would give him a carte blanche, no problem. So why does Bush avoid FISA? Because he doesn't want anyone to know he's really spying on those who disagree with him. Like Nixon but worse. Impeach the SOB, he's an arrogant crook. He is also a pisspoor commander in chief who blows everything he touches.
