The courts will say. Will you except their results? "he admitted it himself" No he didn't. This is a good example of dishonest reasoning. I would say it is even a lie. Let's see if JF will go with the court decision on this one. Most Americans feel the President can moniter terrorists we are at war with without going to a group of judges. So if the courts rule against the "GWB is a criminal" crowd, the folks will be against you too.
