You want proof of your own pitiful posts? In case you didn't see Sirius Rich's post, here it is

Message 22056125

I don't have a lot of time today to do a proper job of finding YOUR posts but I'll post a bit for you. I'd urge all others here to add if you wish just so we comply with David's request. He made these claims but now seems to have conveniently forgotten.

Here's one from October 2004. I'll leave it to others to check the price of SIRI and XMSR to see the opportunities that were lost by anyone listening to your propaganda.

I believe SIRI is and has been overvalued for a while (with the exception of its recent drop to the low $2 range). XM seems to be in the ballpark of a reasonable valuation, although I really think it is a little low given where they are vs. where SIRI is.

. . .

Sirius got screwed on the Stern deal. You come across as one of the many Stern fanatics. But the idea that all these people are going to follow him 15 months hence is just silly. Some will, most won't.

. . .

Honestly, owning Sirius when you can own XM makes absolutely zero sense from any reasonable point of view. That's not to say you can't make money with Sirius. But XM has a great deal more upside potential over the coming 3 years or so.

In October 2004, you posted your prediction for numbers. It's pitiful and, of course, as I pointed out before, I doubt that Stern gets no more net adds over the next 5 years.

That said, you totally overestimate the effect of Stern. Stern WILL NOT bring "several million" listeners. He has a weekly listenership of something like 12M. A small fraction of those will pay to hear him -- 10%, 15% if they're lucky. There is a huge difference between getting it for free and having to pay for it. And most of those aren't going to jump at once. My guess is Sirius will receive a Q4'05 pop of 250K subs. There *ARE* some people who will pay for his brand of sophomoric humor, but those numbers may be surprisingly low.

No way. SIRI will be lucky to get 2M over the term of the deal.

Here's a beauty from you.

But I continue to believe that SIRI has some major financial problems ahead. It could well see $2 again in the near term. I think $5-6 should be very far away -- certainly not in the next few months. That's not say it won't happen -- I've seen this thing run up and back down numerous times for no reason whatsoever.

Another pitiful post.

So, fair value, as of now? I would say $2.00-2.50 a share. . .I never thought they would hit 1M subs this year, I'll admit it (and they still may not). . . .

Here you are in an admission, and perhaps your only really attempt at obectivity.

Please keep in mind. I'm the same guy who said you ought to dump your SIRI at 2.10 a couple months ago and buy XM stock. I still think that was a sensible view, but clearly, had you done so, you would not have been happy with me today.

Here you are. After suffering one of the initial embarrassments, your prediction was moved up a bit from $2, but just as pitiful and obsessed. As we now know, Stern has already brought a couple of million subs and this is his first week on Sirius.

I realize you're excited about this little pop, but I've been around here a while and I've seen them before. If, *IF* the sub #s don't materialize for Sirius, and *IF* they can't get costs under control, this turkey will be back to 3 or below just as quickly as it got to 5. It continues to be severely overpriced in the absence of any true evidence that Stern will bring in a couple million subscribers. If he does, it was a great gamble. If he doesn't, Sirius has a long, hard, 5-10 year climb to breakeven on its hands.
