Many, I never fired the Springfield, but did hold one some time in the past.

A lot of GIs came back with German rifles, and Luger pistols after the war, so there were quite a few around, and the guys that fought in the Pacific prized their Samuri swords.

It was the '03A3 that was used by most guys to convert to a sporter rifle. I built a .22-250 on a Mauser 98 action.
