I quoted your response where you said that he informed Congress. I can expect this from a moronic President such as Bush and from his supporters like yourself. My question is why did not Bush "request" the Congress to change the law.

Even a chimp's IQ is superior to that of this President and supporters like you who portray others as idiots. You folks come across like idiots and become a laughing stock.

While the chimp is taking sides on the cartoon issue and thereby endangering the lives of US military folks in Iraq, the French President is behaving more responsibly and world statesman like with this remark of his:

Mr. Chirac, at his weekly meeting with government ministers, called the move a provocation, saying, "Freedom of expression must be exercised in a spirit of responsibility," according to a government spokesman. "I condemn all manifest provocation that might dangerously fan passions," Mr. Chirac said.
