Has any anti-war candidate other than McGovern ever run for the White House during a war? But anti-war is only part of my problem with the DLC. Their domestic agenda also is basically Bush light and pro-big business at a time when corporate America is slashing retirement and health care benefits and their paid puppets in Washington from both parties are cutting so-called "entitlements." while war spending goes off the charts.
