So is it reasonable to assume you prefer the Singapore government control our terminals that the Dubai government? Please explain why that should make us more comfortable.

OK Rock....Listen to Tony Snow on the port issue. He makes more sense than any of the other MSM....perhaps he is the only one out there that was an investigative journalist for 27 years before his TV/Radio career. He is conservative, but not stupidly so. The Dems mostly are trying to have us believe they are not "anti-terror-preparation" after all. It's a day late, and lots of dollars short for that. Most of them are behaving as ostrichs. So be it. That is their problem. You are right about this though. POTENTIAL for attack is the key. The Dems have ignored this for years, and years. If they had not, perhaps the USS Cole wouldn't have happened, the Marine murders by bombing in Lebanon wouldn't have happened, the WTC I wouldn't have happened, the blowing up of Embassies wouldn't have happened, etc etc etc. So why don't I see anything from the Left, the Far Left and/or the Far Right (there is no difference between them in my mind,) even talking about the most recent arrests in Ohio...of the 3 charged with training wantabee terrorists, and of going to terrorist training camps in the ME. All three of them were Americans. It is the potential for a massive and devastating terrorist attack that makes it a real security concern.
