Well right back at ya.

In summary:
CB says: UAE money = bad. Known terrorist spokesman = good.

John: UAE money = good. Known terrorist spokesman = bad.

Then you say basically say being against a terrorist = being against Muslims.

Just what are your opinions?

First you go on a tirade about possible influence in an apparent bout of anti-Arab bigotry then you rush to defend Yale on the admission of a terrorist.

Personally I have nothing against a UAE company owning P&O. However - if any micromanagement of cargoes was even attempted by the Dubai parent company I would open a serious investigation.

I am not accusing you of bigotry, only inconsistency

He's not being inconsistent if his objection isn't against muslims in general, only to a certain subset of muslims - namely, former mouthpieces for the Taleban.

It used to be a point of honor that you don't associate with people of known bad character, like monsters or their spokespersons. Apparently at Yale it is a qualifying extracurricular.
