Supposedly, an unnamed Big East assistant was in agreement with the assessment that McNamara was over rated.

They used it to their advantage in the Big East tournament however I won't be surprised to see them one and done against A&M. Syracuse drew the dreaded #5 seed. I believe at least one #12 has won in the last 16-17 tournaments. In some years there were several #12's

He really is a shooting guard and unfortunately for him Boeheim has had problems getting him a reliable point guard.

Dead wrong. He is a point guard who can also shoot. The problem is a lack of other scorers, which has forced McNamara to shoot more than normally.
