We regulate the size of deer herds, Tim. Are we not animals too? Is the earth not a finite resource? Do you deny that human populations expand at the expense of animal populations and natural habitat?

As the only creatures on earth with intelligence, I think that makes it our responsibility to limit our own populations. We aren't smart enough to create any of the creatures we drive to extinction - so it's up to us to preserve them.

and to codify that unchecked reproduction is NOT a "right", but a privelige.

Congress doesn't have the constitutional authority to regulate reproduction. In that sense it is a right under the constitution.

Where does it say in the Constitution that people have a right to reproduce?
