So very very true it is people who build. Individuals no matter where they live do succeed.

Ideally a nation should make it as easy as possible to succeed.

Are you saying that China, having attempted collectivism and largely rejecting it, has evolved further then the West? That both the attempt at collectivism and the eventual rejection of it are the defining characteristics of capitalism? While the adoption of mixed economic policy in the West is simply an attempt to prevent evolution, i.e. refining the existing dogma so as to preserve it.
