There would be no deficits without social programs and the massive borrowing (T-Notes, Bills and Bonds) to service those socialist programs. Eliminate that and you can eliminate income tax too. What a concept... you'd get to keep the money you earn or create! :-D BTW, the greatest president was Thomas Jefferson. Not one Democrat truly understands the meaning of the United States' Constitution.
