I'm just afraid they are listening to my phone because the majority of the calls are between mother and daughters about life, love, soap operas, etc.

If they are we will know it by the mass suicides amongst the men of the NSA:)

Things get MUCH EASIER if we throw out all limitations on the states use of its police power. Do you favor that?

I think what is annoying is the government's preference for casting a wide net rather that targeting high risk individuals.

Sorry, MD, but I have to weigh in with Laz on this one. That you or I are circumspect in our interactions with others and those others are themselves circumspect, does not protect us. Were that the case, why do innocent people need lawyers? Remember Stephen Hatfield?
