Gosh...you don't know what is affecting the polar bear population. Oh well.

I say "let 'em drill" and make them responsible for protecting the herds out of their profits rather than taxpayer dollars. If a species comes close to extinction, then require them to curtail their operations and evacuate the area.

It will be drilled. Be "positive" rather than continually whining. Think of it as a temporary storage facility until the legislation passes. It's not going anywhere; it will still be there when they start drilling.

Conservatives act as if we don't start drilling tomorrow, the caribou will use it up before Exxon-Mobil gets it's hands on it.
