Mish, again if you communicate with Morgan, would you ask him why these defects in construction are not taken to or addressed by the Florida Construction Industry Licensing Board (if it is still in existence)??
This "used" to be the controlling entity of licensed contractors & they "used" to be extremely tuff on contractors that had any complaints listed against them. Suspensions & revocations were liberally applied.
