Clinton used accounting gimmicks to make his disastrous overspending look like he was collecting taxes. You lie by omission, intentionally.

Candidly, I often defended Clinton when he was in the WH, because it appeared the radical right was making him out to be a common thief. The White Water scandal(if that's the correct name of the financial deal) had all the appearances of far right partisan propaganda. My slight support of Clinton instantly disappeared on Sept 11, 2001, when I realized his soft attitude for 8YEARS towards Islamic terrorists had invited the attack.
