No such proof exists, or at least no such proof has been mentioned by you. A link to a claim that a report said something, doesn't amount to documentary proof of anything.

Actually, it is. That's the way it works, regardless of whether you want to accept it. I cited an official UN report. You can attempt to refute that if you wish, otherwise it stands.

How did that start the conflict if it came AFTER Israel's violations?

Israel attack military targets, and targets of military utility (for example bridges)

So Israel claims. Do you have any evidence? It appears to me Israel's goal is to set Lebanon's civilian economy back about 20 years.

Hezbollah, has not ability to hit military targets with its rockets except by dumb luck. They are attacking near randomly in to Israel with the prime hope of hitting civilian targets.

Again, where is the evidence? It looks to me like they are targeting military installations, as well as to hurt the Israeli economy.
