CJ, why would he modify the photo then if the original one already told enough of a story?

Kind of tells me that this guy has a habit of doctoring photos. Reuters did the right thing by dumping all of his work. I wonder if even Al Jazeera would give him the time of day ...

The original actually looks worse than the photoshopped one. Does anyone know what the photographer was trying to accomplish?
