Gary, I point to this post from shortnstubby as an example of excessive partisanship on the part of conservatives, the likes of which the Democrats do not hold a match. The vice-president of the United States declares that people who oppose the administration's policies are aiding the enemy, you call them treasonous, and Igor here calls for lynchings. It's a perfect progression. I suppose Max Cleland and Jack Murtha, businessman Ned Lamont and the numerous Democratic senators who have served loyally in the armed forces and in the government (and who outnumber Republican counterparts) need execution because they have dared to criticize George W. Bush who, unlike every president who has preceded him, must be considered the very embodiment of America. Yes, Gary, lets try Chuck Hagel (and now John McCain) for treason, and hang them in the yard of the Naval Academy because they refused to continue backing a policy that's proven to be disastrous to our country. Let's let shortnhateful pull the lever.
