technically the charts still say down for gold and goldshares ... I'd love to be wrong. as we already discussed -- there have been fakeout breakdowns before -- they are rare, but usually come at the start of large moves up. Sure we COULD be there now ... but liklihood is small. the only thing less likely than that fakeout is ... a market crash. the boogeyman of a market meltdown taking goldshares to heck has been with us since the start of the bullmarket in goldshares -- he cannot be killed -- we just notice his presence more acutely when gold shares aren't acting well. Everyone loves the double contingency --
