Hawk, Excuse me for butting in. Do you think your colleagues who disagreed with you or even harmed your benefit without breaking a law are your enemies? Same goes to inter-nation relationship, IMHO. Why waste our precious time, energy, especially passion for life on the other's deeds when we can spend them in a much more delightful ,and often more effective fighting back, way. Either white or black is too simplistic in measuring ecological systems, let alone human societies.
