I'd agree with you if the war on drugs was limited to pot but, at least locally, most burglaries, robberies, and stick-ups are performed by crack heads trying to support their habit. The truth of the matter is there IS no war on drugs in this country. It's easier to get locked up for driving home after having a glass of wine with dinner.
