that won't help, you start to really tax the rich and they will just put their money in tax free bonds and stop investing in securities and businesses, which will slow the economy and hurt the middle class. Then the dems will go after the middle class

Well, I still think all Rubin is trying to accomplish is to get raising taxes off the table before 2008 so that Hil or any other dem won't have to take the heat for it.

The WSJ editorial outlined a decent economic picture, so why increase taxes if it may actually do more harm than good, right now.
