I was thinking about one like that after I read "WHY SHOULD I PRESS ONE"
Haven't done it yet. Think I have to change phone providers to find out how to change my message or find a 10 year old to do it for me.

one recommendation is to press spanish button or do not speak english and usually get right through.. those operators speak several languages and you avoid long hold time.
