Those are all good economic arguments.

I was just wondering whether you had any factual knowledge. The higher prices seem consistent no matter where they are located.

I have a couple other hypotheses ~

Maybe they don't put ethanol in their gasoline so you get about 10% more MPG and thus it's worth 10% more.

Maybe they give 10% discounts to shoppers who use a BP credit card.

No idea, myself.
