I can't tell any mileage difference in my Jeep. One plus, no gas line freezing during the winter.

My old Sienna gets 25-26 at 75 on the road, as low as 16 in congested traffic.

I'm not sure the difference is consistent in either direction.

Ethanol has less energy density, and even with 10% ethanol you slightly decrease energy density. OTOH, ethanol increases octane, and may have other positive effects.

I personally haven't noticed a difference but I really haven't been looking for one.
