Just stating a fact ;)

The Lehman OS report uploaded yesterday on Yahoo is a must read (thanks David!, I see why you went to all the trouble to load it)

Using some of the comparative valuation metrics vs other OS producers...CLL is good value with production so close.

ie) in 2006 the market paid $961M for 10,000 BOE/D

CLL's EV is roughly $700M....I think holding or adding here is a safe bet...given no value is assigned to conventional production, PDP asset, Montana refinery, other pods...

And my question to all the CLL fans is "Why?" Not "Why Not?"

It was P's huge softball questions to CLL's CEO that initially turned me off to this play.

It makes you wonder how much, if any, of Pescod's own money is in play here.

Bill

PS. Please don't respond if you are just going to tell me about how great a play CLL is. I've read all that information before. What I am specifically interested in is why does P always give CLL the kid glove treatment.

Thanks.
