You should watch the July 1979 video of Saddam executing political opponents. They were named and led from the room and shot. A great video you would love given your opinion of saddam.

Saddam's trial and execution is called Victor's Justice. It's a joke.

Well, how else are you going to be able to try a former head of state, other than to depose him?

The same could be said about the trials of Pinochet, Milosevic, and Charles I.

The cry of "victor's justice" is what I would call the "despot's defense." "What I did was legal because I am above the law. I am the Great Ape, and law is for little apes."
