K, Mabye the Fab is Intel's ATI. That is they are trying to dispose of cash so they don't have ability to reach for the cheque after the judgement, sort of poison pill-ish.

With Dell and now Lenovo out of the closet, they will appeal to no end, still... By and by they may plead indigence. I mean as plan B, in the remote event plans A fail. </fud>

I think this is for CPUs. They just started moving flash to 65nm in 2006 and they don't have any high-end graphics designs that they would need the capacity for.
