I'm still waiting for a response to my post about Gore's "carbon footprint." And, gee, I wonder how he got to LA for the Academy Awards ceremony. Not flying steerage I'd be willing to bet.

"part of the "consensus" that says we're all gonna die from global warming." Too bad that's not exactly what they are saying. That's what I would call "alarmist". I'd be more worried about being left behind in a world responding to GW. For instance, if your state puts in a carbon tax, you might be a little prepared by making your own electricity and keeping some money in your pocket, as opposed to giving it to your state or the feds. And just cuz you don't like it doesn't mean it may not happen. Or maybe start investing in companies selling green to China. Lots of windmills coming from Germany and Denmark. Or move out of the SW and Florida.
