To be sure, Intel is a competitor. However, others on the thread have now claimed that Pete was off by a factor of 15 in his claim, so it would appear my skepticism was well-founded.

Semiconductors aside, cosmologists do believe that on cosmic scales, Earth is the/a center of the universe. This is a consequence of the isotropic homogeneous universe hypothesis.

Who is Them?

Seems to me, that as we look out at the universe, all things seem to be fleeing from us -- and that the further we look the faster things flee.
