Dems are not taking full advantage of their advantage. Concentrating on stupid resolutions about the war, praising idiots like cindy sheehan, fighting issues like the fed apointtees that just dont resonate, running out of steam in congress after 60 days, and most of all bush phobia becoming a psychotic disease easliy recognizable by political moderates.....

Excellent summary.

<<Dems are not taking full advantage of their advantage.>>

What I can't stand about the Dems is the mamby-pamby, wishy-washy, unfocused air about them. They screwed it up with Kerry and his totally spineless campaign in 2004. They had so much ammunition to take down who is arguably the biggest dud in the Oval office in many generations and gallantly snatched defeat from the jaws of victory.

I think this Attorney firing business is where they feel they've got to show the country that they've finally grown a spine but I don't know if this might be too little too late.....only time will tell.

Right now I believe Gore is their best shot for 2008.....Hillary is the poster child for "wishy-washy" and Obama will be a force, but not just yet. If Gore does run I believe he would select Edwards as his running mate.

Just my 2 cents......
