Who has to imagine? I can look at the EU, a most undemocratic institution.

So you think the EU is on par with Nazi Germany?

But the point remains, millions of people got shifted after WWII (think of the Germans of Konigsburg and East Prussia and the Sudetenland), but not one of them is sitting today as a "refugee" in a "refugee camp" with their descendents on a UN stipend. Europe reacted quite differently from the Arabs.

Germany is still German, and still pretty large.

Go back to my example of the USA & Hispanics. If you really think the "The Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave", "Live Free or Die", and "Don't Mess with Texas" would roll over the way you claim, you are missing reality.

Give the EU a chance; there is a proposal in Brussels to open up EU settlements in the West Bank.

What do you think of the soon to be announced Arab peace plan? The offer appears to be:

- Israel demarcated by the pre-67 borders
- Ethnicity/religion based immigration to Israel halted
- A nation of Palestine created with East Jerusalem as its capital
- Complete acceptance of Israel's right to exist by all Arab countries (theoretically, I guess this implies peace, who knows?)
- Something about Pal refugees being able to return to live within the borders of Israel, not exactly sure on this one

I'm sure Israel will refuse, and you think it won't work (they'll just strengthen and attack).

However, if the Arabs offer those peace terms, doesn't it make sense that the Israelis should at least offer their own set of terms? Then we can see exactly where is the gap.

What do you think Israeli "peace" terms might be?
