I agree with what you say in the post to which I am replying, but I feel compelled to note that the line you quote from me was serious, not sarcastic. The comments to which I was responding were inappropriate.

The rest of my post, BTW, was only mildly sarcastic.

Actually Sully, while I attempted to inject some humor in the subject, That was a very serious question. I was watching Nan on CNN, and she was on her way to Syria. The US has no diplomatic relationship with Syria. Nan Pelosi is only two deaths away from being president, and If there were a horrible and tragic accident, could become president, while in the custody of and under the protection of the President of Syria.

She has entered a country where various terrorist organizations have complete access to the president of the country, and she is 3rd in line for the presidency of the United States.

So, how far should the US go to get her back if she is taken Hostage? Should the third person in line for the Presidency be in Syria in the first place?
