Well, the 20 Million provides some insight as to the where the negotiation (or lack there of) stands:

At 4cents/share (the quarterly effect of no Nokia revenue) projects to around 64 Million/quarter. Nokia just offered 20.

Would it been a MORE step toward settlement and LESS "game playing" if Nokia had yielded lets say 100M USD per quarter?

Were these last court filings in Texas and Wisconsin just a day after QCom CEO in an interview to Financial Times so hopes to avoid "Armageddon" in Nokia's dispute also step toward settlement or just game playing.
